Compensatory patterns can cause pain and dysfunction. Let's get rid of them!
Kendal likes to blend her NMR & massage with Pilates as movement re-education. For example, if you opted for a blended program, over the course of 6 or 8 weeks, you would receive postural & movement assessments and your sessions would consist of exercises and/or NMR & massage, depending on your need & desired outcome. The goal for Kendal is usually to increase your pain-free function and range of motion. She is always happy to accomodate any additional goals you may have. You can, of course, just book massages or pilates sessions.
