Rehabilitating the Nervous System

Rehabbing the nervous system is like starting over to learn something we don’t know how to do, except that instead of working with a fully enabled potential we are trying to recreate something we lost.

The nervous system learns fastest through small assignments repeated often, a little at a time, such as pulsation and alternation. I move toward something and pull back, revisit it in small bites often. The small stuff is the key to the big stuff.

Not evaluating their results is crucial to a client’s success. Looking for the problem or the limitation they can always find the problem or limitation.
