Thank you so much for stopping by and taking the time to read this. My name is Simone Holderbach and I am the founder and lead therapist at Eastside Bodywork in Kirkland, Washington. I found my passion in making people feel great and in having a positive impact on their lives.

Bodywork is such a personal experience and you have many therapies and therapists to choose from. So let me give you a little more information about myself and my professional focus:

I have worked hard to become an expert therapist for complex conditions on the Seattle Eastside. My mission is to make my clients feel great, offer them pain relief, help to reduce their stress levels, and allow them to move better. Anything that helps them to get back to doing what they love to do the most. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail are very important to me.

Apart from the certifications I hold and methods I practice (you can read more about those below), I would describe myself as curious, enthusiastic, thorough, positive, and a total anatomy geek. I LOVE to learn and I spend a lot of time on continuing education! My main interest lies in cutting edge neurology-based bodywork modalities. There is a lot about the body that we don't fully understand yet, but one thing we know for sure: the human body is absolutely amazing and the brain and nervous system are the key to many pain dysfunctions and other functional conditions.
