I am a licensed massage therapist and Graston Technique® Certified. I provide therapeutic and targeted massage, with each session personalized for what my client needs. There is no upcharge for upgrades. I employ Hot Stone Synergy rocks to help the muscles relax and release, Graston Technique scraping for soft tissue and fascia manipulation, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Sports Massage and stretching, and Aromatherapy. I love working with anyone desiring to eliminate pain and stiffness from their body from stress, sore muscles, or injury. I'm a mama of 4, a black belt in Tang Soo Do, have a love for fitness and I can't wait to help you feel better!
