I specialize in relief from chronic or acute aches, pain & tension; recovery from surgery, auto accidents & injury; and deep relaxation & stress reduction. Whether you want to address structural & postural issues or you need to unwind & calm your body, mind & spirit, I use a combination of advanced techniques that allow me to address your unique, individual needs. These techniques include deep tissue massage,myofascial release, neuromuscular reprogramming, active isolated stretching, craniosacral, lymphatic drainage massage and energy work (polarity). "Awaken Your Body" is my private in-office bodywork practice. "Backstage Bodywork" is my on-site bodywork practice for the entertainment industry.
