Here is a strategy for ‘reprogramming’ the movement coordination of your hips and low back.

Your tool will be 2 tennis balls in a long sock.  They should be able to move together or apart and be tied in for ease of use.

The exercise is more like a mediation on movement.  We call it Wiggle Your Way Out of Back Pain.
